This spectacular villa in Canillas de Albaida is the perfect place to enjoy a dream holiday in the heart of the Axarquía. With an elegant design and an unrivalled natural environment, this house offers everything you need for an unforgettable stay.

The interior of the house stands out for its comfort and modern style, with air conditioning in all rooms to ensure maximum comfort at any time of the year. The spacious, bright and cosy living room has a fireplace and a large flat-screen television, ideal for relaxing. The kitchen, fully equipped with modern appliances, includes a practical breakfast bar. The double bedrooms and the twin bedroom have been designed to provide a restful night's sleep. There are also 2 full bathrooms with shower.

The exterior of the villa is a true paradise for relaxation and fun. Its private heated swimming pool of 7 metres by 3 metres, which is heated by solar panels and allows a pleasant swim from April to October, with temperatures between 20º- 28º (depending on the temperature), is surrounded by sun loungers and a Balinese bed that invites you to enjoy the Andalusian sun. The barbecue and outdoor dining area is perfect for sharing unforgettable moments outdoors. In addition, the property has a ping-pong table and large gardens, ideal for entertaining the whole family.
