Casa Bán is a newly refurbished high speck villa, conveniently located between two traditional white washed villages.
The house has a fully equipped kitchen with gas hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer and dishwasher.
The living room boosts bespoke furniture, high ceilings with traditional beams and wide screen smart tv with full international channels and log burning stove.
The property consists of 3 beautifully furnished double bedrooms, shared high speck bathroom with rainforest shower, also the master suite consists of a stunning bespoke designer bathroom, walk in rainforest shower, floor to ceiling tiling and antique his and hers wash hand basins. The master suite is fully equip with A/C unit and the other 2 bedrooms have ceiling fans.
All bedrooms include Egyptian cotton bed linen, bath and pool towels.
There are terracotta terraces front and back of the property .
On the back terrace you will find a newly refurbished large heated swimming pool*, out door shower, sun loungers and newly added out door kitchen, there is also a bar area consisting of a Beefeater gas BBQ and Belfast sink. two separate Al Fresco dining areas where you can enjoy watching the sun rise and set over the beautiful village of Canillas de Albaida, you will also find a utility room with washing machine, dryer and fridge/freezer.

Casa Ban was in a great location just outside the village of Canillas de Albaida, so nicely situated in the countryside but also only a 10 minute walk into the village and the local amenities. The house was well equipped with great views over the valley.

Fabulous villa

Really well equipped villa, lovely stay. Only downside was lack of air con in the 2 smaller bedrooms. I would recommend this villa to others

A wonderful vacation

We had a lovely time. The house met our expectations perfectly. The area is quiet and friendly, perfect for a peaceful holiday. The villa itself is lovely, has everything you'd expect. The pool and pool area exceeded our expectations, and we spent the majority of our time there. Our kids loved it.

2 weeks of peace and tranquility in a stunning location. Villa had everything we needed and more. All day sun with plenty of shady areas too and a welcome breeze on the days when the temperatures reached mid 30's. Many thanks Carl for all your help and making us feel so welcome. Beautiful place with wonderful outdoor area

We had a wonderful stay at the Casa Ban! We loved it there! The House is clean and very very well equipped. The outdoor Area is wonderful! We stayed many days of our vacation at the House, simply because you have everything you need to have a great time there! The communication with the host Was also very very good. He helped us several Times with small Things and questions.

Casa Ban 2 week stay

Just back from 2 weeks in Casa Ban the villa is just as described fully equipped kitchen, comfy lounge/dining room (not that we used it as far to nice to be indoors). Main bedroom also comfy with air con that we could get perfect temperature for night time sleeping & great bathroom with fab rain shower. Outside the pool is perfect always felt warm & the selection of sun beds & shade options were great to escape the midday sun. We also enjoyed several BBQ’s & spent most of our time enjoying the sun all day big plus is having a fridge outside to keep the beers & sangria cold. You can hear traffic going by & their are dogs barking a lot nearby but that didn’t stop us from enjoying Casa Ban. Comms with Carl the host were good we had an issue with the boiler going out a couple of times & no gas to the hob & both times Carl came to sort the following day. We didnt use any nearby restaurants as was happy staying at the villa their is a good supermarket in Competa that has great butchers/cheese counter & also the shop in Canillas de Albaida was good for groceries & fresh bread. Thanks for a great stay at Casa Ban

Un super sejour

Super maison avec une belle vue est une tranquillité. Il manque juste la clim dans la maison car une seule chambre possède la clim. La piscine est grande et Carl est très réactif pendant le sejour.

Super Holiday in the stunning hills of Andalucia

From the first day to last this place was amazing. Stunning views from the terrace, and what a terrace, pool bbq plenty of loungers and chairs. Perfect strolling distance into Archez with a few great places to eat. Slightly further up the hill into Canillas with many more, small supermarket, butchers etc. Carl was always on hand if needed, great place!

2 magnifiques semaines entre amis

Superbes vacances entre amis dans cette ville. La maison était très propre, très spacieuse. la cuisine très bien équipée, 3 chambres dont dans les deux il manquait l’air co ( seule point négatif). Les extérieurs très bien avec une belle piscine, grand plus pour les frigos près de la piscine. Nous avons adoré passer nos journée la. Pas mal de chouettes restos dans les alentours. Chouette Localisation de la maison dans les montages mais la route, avec beaucoup de virages est un peu difficile pour les personnes avec le mal de transport. Carl est un hôte en or!! Disponible et à l’écoute. En cas de besoin il nous répondait très rapidement. Je recommande a tout le monde. Merci

La ubicacion nos sorprendio agradablemente. Esta en un sitio muy aislado, por lo que si buscas intimidad y tranquilidad, es un sitio ideal. La casa esta perfectamente equipada. Tiene de todo lo necesario. La piscina es de un tamaño perfecto, y tiene tumbonas suficientes para estar comodos. Por decir algo negativo, deberian cambiar el colchón de la cama de la habitacion principal. Era demasiado blando para mi gusto. Si el año proximo buscamos tranquilidad, posiblemente volveremos

Cozy extended weekend

We rented this house for 4 days. It is a nice house with a nice view and necessary utensils. The main bedroom had AC and the other bedrooms had fan. So for very varm day maybe the fans are not enough. Overall the house and the location is nice and as explained in VRBO
