Very sunny 50 M2 flat on 4th floor with a lift with one bedroom and a large kitchen-living room. It has balcony and is very comfortable. It was renovated 3 months ago. It fits 4 people. Tennis courts are literally 10 meters away from the residence and 2 supermarkets are both 200 meters away. Feels like cocoon close to the beach and palais des festivals . 2 minutes walk to the beach. Flat has Nespresso machine and free wi-fi. L appartement est lumineux. Il est a 2 minutes de la plage a 300 mètres derrière le fameux hotel Martinez. Confortable pour 4 personnes. Machine Nespresso et balcon pour prendre un repas au frais. Un babyfoot à la disposition des clients.
