Villa Tre Querce - Stylish Villa is an elegant, newly built home, tastefully furnished and meticulously designed by the renowned designer Ilaria Miani. Nestled within nine hectares of lush gardens, it is located on the southern coast of Tuscany, close to long sandy beaches and the picturesque village of Capalbio.

With its two master suites and four double bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, the villa accommodates up to 12 guests. It features two fully equipped kitchens and a well-appointed laundry room, while two housekeepers attend to both the interior and exterior of the property.

The bedrooms are spread across three levels to ensure guest privacy. Two bedrooms are located on the ground floor, separated by a cozy living room with a TV that opens onto a terrace. On the upper floor, two bedrooms offer sweeping sea views and direct access to a private terrace. The remaining two bedrooms are on the lower ground floor, each with French doors leading to a private terrace connected to the garden. These bedrooms also share a living room with a TV and refrigerator. The sleeping areas are spacious, featuring walk-in closets and sophisticated en-suite bathrooms.

The house is surrounded by covered terraces, stylishly furnished with comfortable sofas perfect for sunset cocktails. A large round table seats 16, making it ideal for alfresco dining. The saltwater infinity pool measures 20 x 4.5 meters and is equipped with a jet stream system for swimming. Situated on a lower terrace with a sea view, the pool can be heated for an additional cost. A freshwater shower is conveniently located poolside. The property also offers covered parking for four cars and additional parking for up to ten vehicles.
