The Space:

Welcome to your cozy coastal retreat! This beautifully renovated one-bedroom cottage is located on the second floor of our charming Cape Canaveral property, just over a block from the beach.



Each of our three cottages is a completely separate, private accommodation with its own entrance, living spaces, kitchen, and bathroom. You'll have everything you need to relax, cook, and enjoy your own space while sharing our wonderful outdoor amenities with other guests on the property.



Please note that this cottage is located on the second floor and requires stairs to access.



Your Private Cottage:

Decorated in welcoming beach cottage style, this charming upstairs retreat is perfect for couples, solo travelers, or small families.



- A private bedroom featuring a queen-size memory foam bed with a comfortable mattress topper and quality cotton linens.

- A living room with a futon for additional sleeping space, with extra bedding provided.

- A beautifully renovated bathroom with a walk-in shower, seashell pedestal sink, and custom shelving, plus plenty of bath and beach towels.

- A spacious, fully equipped kitchen with a drip coffee maker, cookware, dishes, and everything you need to prepare meals.

- Comfortable living and dining spaces to unwind after a day at the beach.

- DirectTV and high-speed Wi-Fi.

- We provide fresh linens, paper products, and essential cleaning supplies. Additional supplies are available in our shared common room.



Your Shared Outdoor Oasis:

Head downstairs and enjoy our newly heated swimming pool!



The pool and outdoor amenities are reserved exclusively for guests staying in our three cottages and the house on the property.



You'll also enjoy an outdoor recreation area and both gas and charcoal grills, perfect for an afternoon cookout after a day at the beach.



It's a little like staying at a quaint bed and breakfast, except you make the breakfast!



Laundry & Common Area:

Our shared common room is available to all property guests and features two washers, two dryers, and complimentary laundry supplies.



You'll also find a collection of beach equipment and other items generously left behind by previous guests. You're welcome to borrow and enjoy anything available!

Please note that these items are offered as a complimentary convenience. We do not regularly inventory, replace, or maintain guest-donated equipment, so availability, condition, and suitability cannot be guaranteed.



Parking:

This cottage includes one reserved parking space. Depending on vehicle size, two compact cars may be able to park in tandem, although space will be tight.

While we love welcoming families, we cannot provide or guarantee specialty baby, child, or beach equipment. For your convenience, we recommend local rental companies that deliver directly to the property and pick up after your stay.

🐾 Dog Policy & Guest Responsibilities (No other pets are welcome)

We welcome well-behaved dogs! To ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable experience for everyone, the following rules are strictly enforced.



1. Dog Limits & Fees:

* Maximum of 2 dogs per cottage, each under 60 lbs.

* $100 pet fee per dog, per stay.

* Dogs must be disclosed and approved before arrival. No cats or other pets are permitted.

* Unauthorized pets may result in additional charges or action under booking platform policies.



2. Health & Behavior:

Dogs must be house-trained, vaccinated, treated for fleas and ticks, and non-aggressive. Excessive barking or behavior that disturbs other guests is prohibited.



3. Furniture & Bedding:

Dogs are NOT permitted on beds, couches, futons, or other furniture. Please bring your own pet bedding or crate. Guests are responsible for pet-related damage and excessive cleaning.



4. Pool & Shared Areas:

Dogs are STRICTLY PROHIBITED from entering the heated swimming pool. Dogs must remain leashed and under control in all shared areas, including the pool area, courtyard, and yard. No roaming or disturbing other guests.



5. Waste & Cleanliness:

You MUST immediately pick up and properly dispose of ALL dog waste. Bring waste bags and use designated outdoor trash bins. Failure to clean up may result in additional charges.



Rinse and dry sandy or wet dogs before entering the cottage. Do not bathe dogs in the indoor showers or bathtubs.



6. Unattended Dogs:

Dogs left alone must remain quiet and must not damage the cottage. If your dog experiences separation anxiety or excessive barking, please make arrangements to keep them with you.



7. Beach Restrictions:

Dogs are not permitted on our local beach. Please follow all posted beach regulations. (Locals walk their dogs on the beach before or after local patrols at their own risk)



8. Damage & Violations:

Guests are responsible for pet-related damage, odors, stains, and excessive cleaning. Please report accidents or damage immediately.



Violations may result in additional charges or further action in accordance with booking platform policies.



**Service Animals:** Service animals are accommodated in accordance with applicable law and booking platform policies. Pet fees and restrictions do not apply where prohibited by law.



Traveling With a Larger Group?



If you're traveling with a larger family or group, Cozy Canaveral offers several neighboring accommodations that can be reserved together.



In addition to our three private cottages, we also have the Cozy Canaveral House, a spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bath home that sleeps up to 8 guests.



Depending on your group's needs, you can reserve multiple cottages, combine a cottage with the house, or inquire about renting the entire Cozy Canaveral property, which can accommodate approximately 20–21 guests using beds, sleeper sofas, and futons.



This setup is ideal for extended families, holiday gatherings, wedding groups, reunions, or friends traveling together who want to stay close while still having their own private kitchens, bathrooms, entrances, and living spaces.



Availability varies, so please inquire with us through the booking platform if you'd like help arranging accommodations for a larger group or reserving the full property.



Guest Access:

You'll have access to the pool, outdoor recreation area, grill and common area room with laundry and everything you need to enjoy the beach.



The Neighborhood:

Cozy Canaveral Cottages is in a quiet beachside neighborhood just over a block to the beach. The beach is a short walk (2 minutes per google) but if you want to drive there is free parking at the public beach access at the end of the street. Our location is a good walk down the beach (for the comfort) or a short drive to Cocoa Beach Pier and the Cove at Port Canaveral. Tour Kennedy Space Center or head south to the Melbourne Area to visit the Brevard Zoo or experience some culture.



Getting Around:

There is quite a bit within walking distance but so much more a short drive away so we recommend a car. If you don't plan to have wheels there are a couple cab companies including a pay-what-you-want service and Uber. You can also catch the Space Coast Area Transit bus just a few blocks away on A1A. There are also companies that offer shuttles to the airport.
