Spring Break 2025

We are a family of four. Two adults and two children. This condo was perfect for us. The location was beachfront, 20 minutes to Kennedy Space Center and an hour to Orlando. This condo is on the first floor which is wonderful for easy access to the beach and pool. It has a nice backyard too. But if you are looking for an ocean view you will need to stay on another floor. We didn’t mind but just wanted to mention it. The condo was clean and the beds were comfortable. We brought our own pillows and had noise machines to drown out noise above us or just to make it less quiet. Kitchen was stocked with basics and we managed. But no extras. We had plenty of towels for pool, shower, and kitchen use. Public is super close to the condo and so is pretty much anything else you need. We enjoyed our stay! It was our first in Cocoa Beach and we recommend Cape Winds Resort.

Family vacation 2023

We stayed here the last week of July 2023. Pool was great, and the walk to the water sand was short and easy with 3 kids. We truly enjoyed our stay! Food was great too our favorite was Rusty’s. We were able to watch the cruise ships go by. We also loved that it was just an hour to Disney and we went for the day! The last night we did Putt Putt golf and it was great. Over all we truly enjoyed our time! We even got to see a rocket launch from the beach at night, which was very Cool. We are very impressed with the Space Coast. The water nice and refreshing and also pretty clear for the Atlantic. We will be back!

Beautiful unit, amazing service - highly recommend

My family of five had a great stay in unit 107. Check-in and out were easy and the unit was impeccably clean upon arrival. I was impressed with the communication with ‘Stay in Cocoa Beach.’ Kelsy actually brought us a blender within 15 minutes when I couldn’t find one in the unit. The location of the unit is perfect. It’s two units over from the pool so it’s quick to get to, but just far enough away that you don’t hear any noise from the pool. The walk to the beach is also very close and there is a grass area off of the porch that my kids loved to play in. The complex has a wonderful property manager who was very kind and helpful when I was locating a package I got delivered. The complex also has a well maintained tennis court (with pickleball lines too) and a basketball court that we used daily. We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! Thank you Stay in Cocoa Beach. We can’t wait to come again :)

Das Appartement ist sehr gerĂ€umig und bequem. Es liegt im Erdgeschoss und verfĂŒgt ĂŒber eine Terrasse. Man kann direkt zum Strand (eine Minute). Die KĂŒche hat die beste Zeit hinter sich, ist aber gut nutzbar. Ich kann das Appartement uneingeschrĂ€nkt empfehlen.

Perfect beach stay

We absolutely loved our stay at this property! Clean, easy check in process, great and quick response from the owners when we needed the promised pack n play. The place is ground level and you are truly steps away from the pool and beach! Will definitely stay here again.
