Villa Stirling is the perfect villa for boaters. A very short boat trip without bridges and locks leads directly into the Gulf of Mexico.

The villa is very comfortably furnished and has a spacious, bright living room with comfortable seating and a TV.

The villa has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a pool bath. (toilet / sink).

In addition, the villa has a pool bath with toilet and sink.

Also the fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. Enjoy your breakfast coffee at the kitchen bar.

There are 3 flatscreen TV'S.

Large sliding glass doors give access to the terrace and pool area. The magnificent view of the tropical garden and the canal invites you to linger and is the perfect place to enjoy a cocktail. The beautiful pool can of course be heated electrically.

There is also a dining table for 8 people as well as a BBQ gas grill for the perfect steak in the perfect ambiance.

LOCATION
Villa Stirling is located in the southwest of Cape Coral in the noble Rosegarden quarter. In a few minutes you can reach by car the marinas Cape Harbour and Tarpon Point with various restaurants. Shopping facilities are also in the immediate vicinity.

Just as advertised

My wife and I stayed a week in February, house was clean and furniture was relatively new, beds were comfortable.Communication with management company was fine, they responded in a timely manner.
