This place is the best. There is nothing you need. The host called us right away when we had a question. There was 12 of us ranging in age from 19-70 and no one had a complaint. We loved it so much we are thinking of renting it again in the future.

The moment we arrived until we left the homeowner harassed, threatened, bullied and verbally abused all 15 of us, 8 adults, 7 of my precious grandchildren. We have stayed at several VRBOs and NEVER had such a horrific experience! After calling and sending photos to the homeowner all of the unsanitary and broken items within house of arrival, his behavior escalated. Their visit the next morning, our planned stay went down from there. Manager’s husband barged into children’s room, threw their toys and covers off the trundle beds covered in urine stains from previous guests. Over the next 5 days the homeowner came unannounced 4 plus times and brought 4 others to the property. He escalated with his wife and came inside the home and berated us. Photos of damaged and black mold provided upon matter, After seeing the place neglected and mentioned mold. We planned sightseeing away daily for 10 hours. We really tried to leave and book a house elsewhere. We failed to find it during Christmas season. The homeowner was constantly argumentative and presented unwanted presence around children. He’d say “you are the worst renters, you have terrible review on VRBO”. He was unnerving mentioning with texts about watching us, admitted privacy intrusion. His claims of neighbors with the spotted swimming found untrue directly with them in conversation. Homeowner didn’t want a poor review, so he tried bribing us, offering 2,000 cash, free 3 day boat use and all the champagne we wanted. BEWARE
This is another example of poor maintenance of this property.
Owner concealed evidence of black mold where the game room was located. Grandchildren could not enjoy all the amenities.
Owner controlled temperature. Temp fell well below the set temp. Not good for our small grandchildren!

Other than the key pad not functioning on arrival, we had an amazing 3night stay. House is amazing, clean, well stocked, Host very responsive and helpful when keypad wasn’t working (they are aware of issues and repairing it). Would stay here again

Don’t miss this one!

Heaven for a girls trip! The property is beautiful and well-tended with lots of little extras that put it over-the-top. It’s located in a great area of Cape Coral with easy drives to Ft Myers, Sanibel, and Captiva where you’ll find great restaurants and night life. But sitting on the lanai with coffee or wine watching the sun rise/set was the best part of each day. Stunning views! Interactions with the owner were very positive. I highly recommend this for a wonderful, relaxing vacation.

We checked in. Place was very clean and organized. Employee get away

We take our employees on a trip every year as our Christmas party. We only used this house as overflow sleeping but really wished we would have planned to spend more time there. Beautiful home with everything you could have thought to need at your disposal, right down to the beach chairs and life jackets waiting in the garage. 10/10 we will definitely stay again.

Absolutely perfect!

We had a group of 8 women staying in this amazing house and loved every minute of our stay. The house is even nicer than reflected in the photos. This was one of the favorite girl's trip that we have taken and we felt like we were living in a private resort. The house was fully equipped with essentials and luxuries. The hosts were also very responsive with questions. We highly recommend this home!

Beautiful and well stocked house

This house is beautiful, clean, and the best stocked house with so many above and beyond extras. The kitchen has everything you can think of and more. The pool, tiki, and kayaks were in great shape. One thing to note if you are boating is the ride to open water is about 20 minutes which is further than we thought. But overall the house is amazing and we plan to go back.

Spectacular House!!

Our group stayed over the weekend for a softball tournament thats an easy drive to Burton fields only 20 min away. When we walked into the house its even better in person. The rooms are so cute, everything is labeled so you know where everything goes, plenty of pots and pans to use to cook, enough towels for everyone for shower and pool. Everything was super neat and clean it was the best experience we've ever had didn't even want to leave. Can't wait to come back thank you so much for making it a wonderful experience for our families the girls had a blast and came home with a win!!

Great 4th if July

This property and hosts were PHENOMENAL. Thay commination, their kindness adn every detail was amazing. Check in was pretty easy and the check out at 11 makes a huge difference for us at the time to get the kiddos ready and leave the place the best possible. All the amenities were right on time. Nothing missed... the canal and kayaks a great add to the fun. Pool was nice and warm, hut tob right on spot. Plenty parking, good neighborhood... we been renting properties for the last 7 summers and falls and this is way too far the best experience...
