Overall, it was a nice stay and you can’t beat the location. A little disappointing to have seagulls constantly swimming in the pool. Not able to take young kiddos into the pool with bird poop on the sides of the pool and in the pool. Overall, a good stay for a couple days, thank you.

Clean spacious room, and just across the street from the beach. Every room has a patio/balcony facing the pool which is very nice. Lots of dining choices around or within walking distance of the property.

This was a great location. A short walk to all the happenings around Washington Mall. Beach was directly across the street. The Promenade ends right across the street and continues for 1.5 miles south to sunset beach, so it was great for a 3 mile run. The pool was clean and refreshing. Great to have an outside shower to clean off the sand. We did have a bug issue. Soon as we came into the room, I saw an ant under the wash cloth at the sink. The next morning there were 5 flying ants in the tub (alive). The next morning double that. Unsure where they were coming from. Just glad they weren't in our sleeping area. Mgmt sent the property mgr up, but I had already killed them and we were checking out that morning.

Overall stay was okay. Location is nice. Could use some updates. Elevator was down our entire stay which was 2 nights and 3 days and we were on the 3rd floor. Not a big deal for us but maybe for others

Very clean, great location. Everything looked new and fresh and the location is perfect for a walk to the Washington Avenue mall. So many places to stop on the way, but best of all right across from the beach. Cant beat that. Well definitely be back again.
