The property was in a convenient location…walk a block to the boardwalk or walk to a nearby breakfast spot. A few things about the hotel room itself that I did not like was… 1. No hooks anywhere to hang your towels! When you’re at the beach, you have a lot of towels and bathing suits that you need to dry off and there were no hooks anywhere! 2. The sink was super high up that my 7 year old had a hard time spitting into the sink! 3. The room was not “soundproof” as it had stated 4. There was no breakfast served! Just coffee. The staff were very nice and friendly so I would stay here again because of the convenience and location. I would just bring my own clothes rack/line and hooks to hang up all the towels and bathing suits!

We have stayed here before and you cannot beat the location, a short walk to the boardwalk. Wonderful for walking the boards and then getting back to the room to relax after all the great sea air. Last time we stayed the front desk team was super friendly. This time we got courteous service in and out, which is appreciated, but not super friendly. The toilet seat was not properly affixed and the shower did not drain, which I found unsanitary.

The Waves has become my favorite place to stay in Wildwood. The staff is amazing and very welcoming. The property is beautiful. It’s a home away from home! Will definitely be back next year.

Great for one night

The room was great but we stayed two nights and had to ask for more towels because the room never got serviced after the first night. The room was very clean and comfortable. Walking distance from the boardwalk.

Mom and Daughter summer beach trip

I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel. It was modern and updated unlike a lot of the hotels in AC. It was clean and the desk staff was really nice. In addition it is close to the boardwalk which is great. I would stay again.

The room was very clean, the beds were super comfortable. Air conditioning worked very well. No problems with the TV. The gentlemen that checked us in and out were both very courteous. The young lady behind the desk however, was surly, unfriendly, and not welcoming. There was no place to hang clothes in the room, and the refrigerator was not working right. The only way to make drinks cold was to jam them into the small freezer portion. The pool was tiny, and the neighboring motel very close. Parking was very limited and cramped. Fortunately we were given a street parking pass by the man that checked us in, though we were afraid to leave for fear of losing our spot. There were huge bins of dirty linens which remained outside of our window when we looked out, which was pretty gross. Our room had no balcony or deck. Not sure if any of the rooms there did. Wi-Fi worked fine.

Place was very clean and room was nice. Kylie at front office was very helpful but night person cut off my phone call. Very disappointed in that action! Good location but free parking should be the default. Ice should be available on each floor. More information should be available for choosing restaurants at various price points. Bed was comfortable.
