B&B VILLA COSTANZA - B&B COSTANZA ROOM 1
The Camere di Costanza B&B is located in Lacona, in a sunny and peaceful position from which you can enjoy a splendid sea view over two gulfs. The central position on the island is strategic for getting around in all directions and allows you to reach some of the most interesting towns on Elba in about twenty minutes, such as Marina di Campo, Capoliveri and Portoferraio and their beaches.
The villa that houses the bed and breakfast was completely renovated in 2022, is one of the oldest farmhouses in Lacona and is immersed in the greenery of a large and well-kept olive grove.
In a common area on the ground floor, guests have at their disposal a coffee pod machine, an herbal tea maker and a small fridge always stocked with fresh water located in a common area that overlooks the veranda. Here guests find a table, chairs and some deck chairs to enjoy relaxation and the quiet of the countryside with their gaze lost in the wonderful sea view.
Bedroom 1 is a double, located on the ground floor and can be reached both from the living room and from outside the building via an independent access. The room is equipped with air conditioning and a 43" television and has a large private bathroom with shower cubicle. The modern and neutral tones of the room make it the ideal environment to relax after a sunny day at the beach or on excursions to discover the island
