On the ground floor, three bedrooms and two bathrooms ensure comfort and functionality. Upstairs, the kitchen and living room open onto a terrace with views of the rooftops and the sea in the distance. Perfect for those who love to walk, it is close to shops, restaurants, and the Bike Area of Capoliveri, a must-visit destination for mountain bike enthusiasts.
