Holiday Home 'Villa Eleonora Residence App To 4' with Shared Pool, Wi-Fi
Our vacation home is located near Capoterra in the locality "Su Spantu" and offers everything you need for an unforgettable vacation.
It consists of 4 apartments (1 on the ground floor and 3 on the upper floor), which can simultaneously accommodate up to a maximum of 10 people. Free parking is available directly in front of the house.
On the ground floor of the villa is the entrance to the three upper apartments with a large living area of 50 square meters, available to all guests with a fireplace, air conditioner, sofa, TV with PS4 game console and board games. Other shared spaces are the 500-square-meter garden and the swimming pool (usable from May to September). Also shared are 2 bicycles and the barbecue.
Apartment 4, for 3 people located on the ground floor with a separate entrance, has a bedroom with a double Netflix bed , a small bedroom with a single bed, air conditioner; private bathroom with towel warmer; kitchen with table, sofa and air conditioner. The apartment has a safe, WLAN, washing machine, umbrella. Possible excursions: Cagliari, reachable by car in 17 minutes; Pula and Nora, in 13 and 15 minutes; the fantastic beaches of Chia and Tuerredda in 31 and 36 minutes. A pharmacy, supermarket, and some sports facilities (padel, tennis) are in the immediate vicinity. Pizzerias, gyms, and restaurants within 1 km. Please understand that we do not accept parties in our house. We, Federica and Stefano, look forward to welcoming you as our guests and will be happy to answer your questions and advise you on excursions and attractions in the area.
