The house is surrounded by 11 hectares of farmland where we grove olives and hazelnuts. The old farmhouse and the barns have been transformed into a wonderful complex of holiday cottages with a big, shared pool

Rome can easily be reached via direct train from Capranica Sutri train station (5km) or by bus (the bus stop is around 10 min walk)

"I Noccioli di Montecasciano" is located in a small town, Capranica, which is very well connected to Rome thanks to Road Cassia, buses and the train station. It is also easy to reach and visit Viterbo, Lake Vico, Lake Bracciano and Tarquinia.
