Location was fantastic to get two days away. Right in the middle of the property southeast plantation with a view of the marina and right next to school. Good for a couple or a small family with young children.

Very nice unit, very nice location, but the marina down below was not much more than a small fleet of rental boats and dredging equipment in very stagnant water. Views beyond to the bay were impressive!

We had a great stay! Very clean. Could I suggest more info on where to go to get to the beach? We figured it out, but if the guessing could be avoided that would be great.

Loved this bayside villa! A large condo very close to the beach!!! Outdoor seating space overlooking the bay was nice. I was greeted by a sea otter in the early morning. I loved my time in Captiva and can’t wait to go back. The host was very responsive and checked on me throughout my entire stay to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I need.

Great stay, great place, I was bummed about not being able to use the water park and restaurants on property even when trying to pay a fee for it because we rented “from a 3rd party” rather than directly from South Seas but overall it was a good value and nice stay . The other thing that i thought was a bit higher than normal and unnecessary (I didn’t realize Until later because I had booked late at night ) was that the host fee was pretty astronomical - close to 500 extra . Other than that all was well and the location and cleanliness and property are great .
