We are sorry we have made you feel as though you weren't trusted. Prior to check-in you were sent a Confirmation that informed you that you would be asked for a credit card upon arrival per Expedia's policies. We do not place any charges or holds on the credit card and typically we let you know that its for such things as smoking in the unit or major damages. We did have a service dog on property at the time of your stay and many of the surrounding properties do walk through our property with their animals to get to the beach so it is very possible that the pets you saw were not staying here as we have a very strict no pets policy. I can assure you that your card was not charged upon departure and if there were a reason that we needed to charge your card we always inform the guest prior to charging it. Again, we sincerely apologize for making you feel as you were not trusted that was not our intention. Thank you for staying with us we hope you enjoyed your stay.
