Appointed in a classic coastal style and just a matter of feet from the beach, this residence is the perfect island getaway! Situated on the very northern tip of Captiva, this residence is perched over one of the most sought after views in all of the resort- The Yacht Basin and Marina. Enjoy serenity as you view dolphins and manatees at play from the comfort of your oversized lanai!



The Space:

This wonderfully appointed Marina Villas residence boasts fantastic amenities and modern finishes, featuring beautiful coastal decor, a bright and airy living and dining area, a comprehensive kitchen, and 2 spacious bedrooms. This property comfortably accommodates a party of 6, featuring a King bed in the master quarters, 2 twin beds in the guest bedroom and a pull out queen sleeper sofa in the living room.

Guest Access:

Included in the rental of this unit is the use of the many amenities at the Marina Villas complex, including a heated pool, grill and cooking area, communal laundry room, as well as all South Seas beaches and grounds.



The unit is located within a five minute drive to downtown Captiva Village where one can enjoy great dining and shopping.



Access to greater resort amenities such as the pool on the opposite end or the South Seas lounge chair area is not included. We provide high-end beach gear that guests can use during their stay.



Our repeat guests prefer staying with us over booking through the resort as you are GUARANTEED the unit you book online, what you see is what you get! Staying with us guarantees you a fantastic unit, access to pools and beaches less than a minute from your room, first-class guest services, and far more economical pricing.



Please note that there is ongoing construction happening at South Seas related to the addition of new amenities at the entrance to the resort.



The Neighborhood:

Marina Villa 603 is located within the enclave of South Seas Island Resort with white sugar sand beaches and balmy breezes off the turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico.

We provide guests with as much privacy as they would like, yet are available in an instant as needed to address any issues, large or small. We are available through phone, text, e-mail, and in person any time assistance is needed and are equipped to handle any guest request.

We loved everything about this place! We have stayed on captiva before and would love to stay in this condo again. ONLY downside was lack of kitchen tools, no pan, only pots. Coffee and filters would’ve been just the Cherry on top but it was still fantastic.

Beautiful location at the tip of Captiva. The property was newly renovated and had beautiful views of the marina and the ocean. The pool was just outside the front door and only a 3-5 min walk to the beach. One important note I don’t feel was called out in the rental information: renters are not able to use any of the dining facilities in South Sarah’s Plantation, including food trucks, without purchasing a wrist band directly from South Seas. Closest outside restaurant or market is a 10min drive.

Great Location!!!!

The location was great. You are a short walk from the beach and the resort pool. Check in was seamless and definitely won me over with renting through VRBO. The property manager was great, constantly communicating all the details needed for our trip. We will definitely be back next year.

Great location for all the activities!

This property is located by the marina which was a great view and we got to see the manatees! We were there for a wedding so it was close to all the activities for the wedding and east to walk everywhere. Just a short drive to docs or a store if you need anything. We had someone using the pull out and they provided bedding, however there is not very many pillows for the amount the place sleeps so may want to bring your own if you can. The pool was close and the beach. We didn’t do much cooking but the kitchen seemed well stocked. There was 5 of us and it was plenty of space I would rent this unit again if I return to Captiva!
