Já conhecíamos a casa do Renato por outra viagem que fizemos em 2017 e, exatamente por este motivo escolhemos ela para voltar. PERFEITA. Localização ótima, um quarteirão de farmácia, supermercado, restaurantes. Fácil acesso à rodovia. Condomínio tranquilo e seguro. Fora toda comodidade da casa, sempre bem conservada e repleta de utensílios. Em nossa viagem, estávamos em 8 adultos e uma neném de 6 meses, todos ficamos bem instalados, com ventilador para todos (apesar que os quartos se abrir a janela já bate uma brisa sensacional) O Renato também foi extremamente atencioso, entrei em contato diversas vezes antes da viagem devido a sequência de desmoronamentos na região de São Sebastião, com medo e incertezas quanto a nossa viagem, porém o mesmo sempre transmitiu clareza e ainda disse que “se houvesse qualquer perigo seria o primeiro a avisar”, que não colocaria hóspedes em riscos, o que eu achei demais de atencioso, realmente, obrigada. Enfim, se sua procura é conforto e comodidade, a casa preenche todos os requisitos.

Com certeza, voltarei outras vezes!!! Casa excelente adoramos o passeio , muitas praias proxima a residência!!! E uma coisa muito importante a energia da casa é muito boa, paz total!!!! O sr Renato muito atencioso, Sr didi sem palavras muito prestativo!!!!!

Gostaria de parabenizar aos proprietário , a casa pessoalmente é melhor que nas fotos , muito acolhedora ,espaçosa, arejada, bem equipada ,TD limpinho e organizado realmente maravilhosa , e não posso esquecer do caseiro Didi muito atencioso , super recomendo e com certeza voltaremos em breve.

Maravilhosa
A casa é bem maior e ainda mais bonita pessoalmente. Passamos quatro dias muito gostosos. A piscina é enorme, o comércio e a praia ficam bem pertos da casa. O único problema é que a praia do capricórnio é de tombo, mas é muito bonita. Vale muito a pena.
