It was very nice to have a hotel with so many ammenities. Gym was very good and well equipped. The roof in the gym needs some repairs tho because there was some leaking. Pool was very nice as food in the restaurant and the bar with live music. Staff was very friendly and it is at a walking distance to the beach. Very clean and with a very convenient parking.

Friendly and comfortable
The location itself is fantastic if you want a lovely and secluded beach. 10 minutes drive and you can be in a beach with waves if you want to surf. The staff (they have a lot of staff) are friendly and healpful. In our stay during a low season the majority of the other guests were Brasilian So there is a genuine good vibe in the place. Ideal for families with young kids or couples that do not want to stay in a hectic or pretentious environment. Breakfast and facilities are good. Cleanliness is good but it is not as thorough as a 4 or 5 star hotel. The channels available are just a few but I do not know if that is a problem with the cable provider or the hotel. I recommend.

Bom hotel
Excelente para quem viaja com crianças. Café da manhã de qualidade. Falta cuidado nos detalhes e alguma manutenção. O restaurante é muito bom, mas faltam opções mais econômicas. Cheque as condições de balneabilidade da praia de Tabatinga antes de ir. O trecho próximo ao rio costuma estar impróprio.

CARO PARA O QUE O HOTEL OFERECDE
o tamanho do quarto: ótimo. Limpeza: da camareira boa, porém enxoval de cama em péssimo estado. Ar condicionado sem manutenção adequada: tivemos que sair do hotel 01 dia antes do previsto por intenso ataque de alergia decorrente da falta de limpeza do ar condicionado. Área externa com jardins abandonados, piscina com limpeza duvidosa. Restaurante: café da manhã com pouca reposição, poucos funcionários para atendimento e limpeza das mesas. Refeições (jantar) muito bom.
