We welcome you to our quiet neighborhood and "Tiny House" living. **Tiny House is a SMALL, simple, clean, ADULTS ONLY space for 2 people. It is semi-attached to the back of the owner's house and is completely separate. It is nicely appointed with all the amenities you might need to make your stay enjoyable as well as relaxing. In the summer time, the patio is the perfect place to have a BBQ and enjoy a glass of wine. Across the street is access to the Crystal River from where many fishing guides depart. If you like to hike, Mushroom Rock is just minutes away. If golf is your game, in 3 minutes you're at beautiful River Valley Ranch Golf course where you can enjoy a round with incredible mountain views. Our apartment is also situated within walking distance to downtown Carbondale - about a 20 min. easy walk- where you can enjoy one of the many diverse restaurants and then catch a movie or a play.

** Please note that Tiny House is SMALL so might not be suitable for individuals not used to small spaces and light packaging is recommended since large suitcase’s/luggage is not easily accommodated.

**There are 2 private rentals including Tiny House on this property so please make sure to double check your listing to ensure you are at the right one.

**Please note there are outside security cameras on the property.

Carbondale is a beautiful, quaint town with interesting shops and art galleries and fantastic restaurants. It is situated between Aspen (25 miles) with its world class skiing and Glenwood Springs (12 miles) with its world famous Hot Springs Pool.

My husband, Bill, and I are just a phone call away if you have questions or just need to be pointed in the right direction so you can explore the beautiful Roaring Fork Valley.

Very nice place to stay. The bed is very comfortable and the layout of the tiny home is thoughtful. The checkout time is after 3pm and before 11, which are my favorite checkout times as opposed to the 4pm and 10am. Those couple extra hours make a big difference for me.

This was our second stay at this property. Your home had everything we need and then some. We had two wonderful bicycle ride on the Rio Grande Trail this time. I caught a nice sized brown trout on the Roaring Fork river just under the bridge turn to Carbondale. Thank again for your quick response in finding our left behind set of keys. The lockbox did not work. The owners showed up furious that they had to help us. The guy immediately escalated and called the police. The police apologized to us and said this isn't how people in their community behave. We were not allowed to stay there and they are refusing to refund our money, claiming we violated rules because our friend (who lives nearby) drove with us to help us find the place and help us unload.

Awesome Tiny Home

My wife and I absolutely loved every detail about this Tiny Home. The layout was great and equipped with everything we could have possibly needed for our stay while touring Colorado this fall. We would definitely stay again if our travels bring us back to Carbondale.

Tiny but Mighty!

This tiny house is fantastic. It is really a not-so-tiny annex to a house. The tiny house is accuratedly depicted in the photos, although it feels bigger in person due to the high ceilings. it was super clean and had everything we needed including cable TV and a fireplace... although given how warm in was, we didn't really get a chance to use it. The tiny house is in lovely safe neighborhood within a 3 minute drive to main street Carbondale, which has surprisingly good restaurants and bars. The house has a nice patio to sit outside in the evenings. We were there to go to Aspen and hike Maroon Bells and the Tiny House is a much more affordable option versus staying closer to Aspen. The drive was 35 minutes to the Aspen Highlands shuttle to Maroon Bells. Communications with the owner were perfect and they checked in with us via text to make sure we didn't need anything. We highly recommend you book this tiny house/annex.

Tiny House with Big amenities

The Tiny House more than met our expectations and we wish we could have stayed longer. Carbondale is such a sweet mountain town. We were comfortable in both the living space and bedroom and nothing felt “tiny”. The decor was so tasteful and the artwork gallery-worthy. Though we live out-of-state, we will recommend Tiny House to our Colorado friends and family.

Labor Day weekend

This is a perfect hideout for an extended weekend. Lots of access to great bike riding and fantastic food options right there in Carbondale. Bike friendly community, warm days, cool nights

Cozy Getaway!

We loved this little cozy getaway stay in Carbondale. Our place was perfect, and the owners made impeccable use of every square inch. We were relaxed inside and outside on our private patio—a great place for morning coffee! We will return!

Tiny house

This was a perfect location and place for us. We absolutely loved it! It’s a tiny house just like it says, But had everything we needed. It had a lovely area to sit outside. The people that owned the house/apartment were very kind and accommodating. I would only recommend this for two people, but if there’s just the two of you, I would definitely definitely stay here! We never stayed in a place like this and it was just perfect. Thank you to the owners for having this place available to us to make our visit even better!
