"Parking is a nightmare here. Be warned. I went to check-in and they had overbooked the rooms. The gentleman at the desk asked if I was ok to switching to a different room (did I really have a choice? It was almost 10pm). He offered me drink tickets (I don’t drink) to make up for it, or coffee vouchers, then offered to comp my parking which was extremely nice of him because he could have basically said “take it or leave it.” The elevator was extremely slow (frustrating after driving 12 hours), there’s no sound insulation so you hear everything, and housekeeping showed up at my door at 830 in the morning, knocking multiple times. Minor inconveniences. The hotel itself was pretty neat if you like history."
