We did not have hot water to shower. Apparently, not enough hot water capacity for all customers. Staff should advise customers to get up early to receive hot water for showering or increase hot water capacity. Otherwise, nice location.

Good morning, and thank you for your feedback following your stay with us. I sincerely apologise for the inconvenience of not being able to have hot water available to you. Unfortunately, due to unforseen circumstances, and out of our control, the hotel boilers turned off due to a lack of gas supply to the hotel. We don't know whether this was supply issue or because of the ongoing roadworks on Westgate Street. As soon as we were made aware of the issue it was resolved, hot water was returned to the building a little after 10am. Once again, please accept our apologies. We do hope to be able to welcome you back to the hotel in the future. With best wishes
