The property is well kept and very spacious. We were a family of five and had plenty of room. There is one bedroom downstairs with a bathroom in case you have members of your party who cannot go upstairs. They provided some staple pantry items, so we spent less at the grocery store. That was a nice surprise. They rent out kayaks for your time at the property. We enjoyed going up and down the river, even in the 100-degree heat. If you are traveling with little kids, there is a great park area right down the street, and a little further down they have a city recreation area with swimming and a beach. Communication with the hosts was excellent. When we were staying at the property, there was a power outage. I texted and got an almost immediate response to all my texts. They took care of my concerns and found the answers to the questions I asked. The train did not bother my family members from their sleep. It did for me; I felt like at 3:30 or 4:00 the train whistle would blow the horn as many times as it possibly could. It would be no different for me if we were staying near an airport, though.
