I was VERY disappointed i got that hotel because of indoor pool and spa....the spa was out of order the room floor in spots were WET house keeping knocked at 9 we were asleep and they opened the door!! Check out isnt till 11 NEVER AGIN

This was the worst hotel stay I've ever had. Methed out staff blankly staring. Toilet with feces. No towels. No Tissues. No coffee in room. When asked for the above, the response was, "and?"

This place is pretty crusty. The property is in awful condition with trash, faded paint, and stuff blowing around the parking lot. The lobby smells odd, the breakfast options all looked like they'd been sitting around for a long long time. Couldn't really eat the food. The staff were nice, but clearly overwhelmed. One guy, a lobby full of oil workers trying to get rooms. A real mess. Oh, and the pool is broken and closed (3/2025).

This was an unpleasant stay. Our room was not clean. The tub was nasty and the floor was super dirty and sticky like they hadn’t mopped for days. The dining area was super small and not enough sitting for the people. Most of the breakfast electronics were out of service such as the juice, the pancake and the coffee machine. The pool was also dirty. The water was super cloudy and the spa was also out of service. Will NOT be staying there again.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The property is very run down and in need of updating. We had to move rooms twice to get into a room that was acceptable. The pool was clean and wonderful.. we were quite disappointed in the overall quality of this hotel..

The people where nice , but the toilet was broken when we first got there and the people staying above me on the last night their where vary noise, jumping around and just being loud. The parking places were small hard to get in and out of vehicle without hitting someone else vehicle.some other people took up two parking spaces!🙁

Over all clean and quite. Was not able to check in at three as the rooms were not ready. Stated only 2 house keepers. Drove around and the room was ready by 4.

The front office lady was very nice and accommodating ! The conditions of the hotel not so much :/ the first room the toilet wouldn’t flush unless you took the lid off and pulled the plunger up and the smoke detector kept chirping. She moved us to another room quickly and with not hesitation. The whole reason I booked this hotel was because the advertised the indoor pool and jacuzzi however the jacuzzi is broken. If something isn’t available it shouldn’t be on the amenities list. The whole purpose of choosing this hotel was the jacuzzi. Very disappointing to say the least.
