We interacted with a few staff and they were awesome. The room was very spacious. It has everything we needed. We were late going to breakfast but they let us eat whatever was left instead of being strict about the time.

There was no grass anywhere around the hotel for dogs to use the bathroom. We had to run the shower for 15-20 min before any hot water came out.
