Quietly nestled within a beautiful, landscaped garden, this spacious villa sleeps 14 guests and offers the perfect solution for large groups of friends or family. The property is arranged over three floors and consists of three separate living spaces. Each space enjoys an independent entrance allowing an element of privacy.

Outside the villa is ideally set up for alfresco living with a gorgeous swimming pool, a bathroom and a pretty, outside dining area equipped with; a stone barbecue, a large marble table and an outdoor kitchen. Guests can also enjoy the peaceful sundeck, which is furnished with deckchairs and hammocks. There is also a five-a-side football pitch, a small fitness area, two historic stone Pajares and a large veranda with a view of the pool.

The property is equipped with three kitchens (one external) which provide; a cooker hob, an induction hob, an oven, a microwave, electric kettle, a coffee machine, a dishwasher and a fridge freezer.

The property is situated in the countryside a 4-minute drive from the historic village of Carpignano Salentino. There are several restaurants and grocery stores within a 5-minute drive.
The beautiful Salento coastline is approximately a 20-minute drive away and Lecce, the \"Florence of the South” a 25-minute drive from the property.

Beach lovers will want to head to Torre dell\' Orso (a 17-minute drive), known for its crystal-clear waters, fine white sand and striking limestone cliffs or Baia dei Turchi (a 20-minute drive). Another notable attraction nearby (a 20-minute drive) is the Grotta della Poesia (Cave of Poetry), a natural sea cave known for its emerald-green waters that has become popular for cliff diving and swimming.

Other popular excursions in the area include a visit to Otranto (a 20-minute drive) known for its pretty seaside setting or a day relaxing at the picturesque seaside town of Santa Cesarea Terme where visitors can relax and rejuvenate at the town\'s thermal spas (a 30-minute drive away).
