This 2 storey renovated holiday home is located only one street back from the beach in South Bay Carrickalinga.
This property comprises of 3 bedrooms to sleep up to 8 guests, two bathrooms, two separate living areas along with a newly installed kitchen offering all the mod cons.
Open plan kitchen/living/dining with large windows and doors which lead out to the large, renovated decking to the front and rear of the property which offer magnificent views. Reverse cycle air conditioner to living areas and ceiling fans too. Combustion heater for those winter months. Sit back and relax on those lazy days, soak up the sun, enjoy a bbq and watch the sun go down on Carrickalinga Bay. Directly opposite the walking track to the beach.

Location: One street back from the Beach
Bed configuration: Sleeps 8 (3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms) 3 queens, 1 bunk, 1 single (located in the lounge room)

Great location

This is a lovely house with a huge wrap around balcony with views to the sea. Its very close to the beach and I highly recommend a stay here!

Family stay

Great place to unwind and relax. Teenagers loved the pool table. Short walk to beach… a walkway to beach just across the road. Great view from balcony including Rosellas at this time of year. A bit of something for everyone. A short drive from Normanville and Yankalilla. Besides the beach we recommend a trip to Forktree Brewery a hidden treasure.

Reasonable stay in a beautiful spot

Had a weekend getaway with family, the property is a beautiful location, not too far from shops, and still can enjoy the calming sound of the waves. Loved it. The house itself is in a reasonable condition, it was reasonably clean and cozy, and the photos definitely were complimenting. Both bathrooms were quite squishy, the ground floor shower head was fixed at kids height, which made it awkward for adults to use. Hot water tank was 1/2 the standard size, and the lucky last person got a cold shower 🥶. And due to checkout time was strictly before 10, finishing cleaning everything as requested before 9.30 on the Sunday morning was not as relaxed as we would liked. Personally with the pricing, l found having to clean nearly everything after ourselves was a little disappointing, but this was my first time to stay at this kind of a holiday home, so maybe my expectations were set too high. But after all, we enjoyed the weekend, which is the most important part. 😊
