I did a manual check in over the phone because we were getting there after check in cut off (12pm) & my keys were waiting for me at the front desk when we arrived! The room/bathroom were clean! Definitely will stay here in the future"

"When I arrived, I was informed the Elevator was broken. I get this and am understanding. However, I purchased a suite and got a single king bed room. While confronting the staff I was told there was nothing they could do about it. So I took the room available and carried my tools and luggage up three flights of stairs. My complaint is that it was not the room I purchased and Staff was a bit rude about it. In this location, rooms are $300.00 plus per night. I do not think it reflects on the chain itself. Was just a bad circumstance and I expected more for my money. Also the room phone was broken and the AC made a horrible noise. Couldn’t call the front desk. Kinda felt like a setup. I was never rude throught my interactions. I just hope they get these things fixed. "
