I was at the property for 3 nights and my tv was inoperable due to a tv software update needed. I told them night one and they said the maintenance person wasn’t there. I knew all that was needed was the actual tv manufacturer remote to be used to hit ‘ok’ and update it. Out for another full day with a hiking trip and night two the same message on the tv and again no maint person to help. Same story on night three and there was an NBA playoff game I really wanted to watch after hiking all day. Since I prepaid via Expedia they said there was nothing they could do to offset the inconvenience. I love watching tv and after hrs of hiking all day I just wanted to relax watching tv. Such an easy fix and ridiculous it wasn’t fixed in the couple mins it would have taken. ☹️

The room itself is nothing fancy but the mineral water hot tub was nice. Close to amazing hiking trails and had a dog friendly room.

Nice to unwind after 12 hours of driving

We got in late and check in was still fairly Easy We had a phone call a few days prior to ensure we understood the noone under 18 rule in bath house or pool . Which was fine as we had the room with hot tub anyway. Our room was dated but they were in the process of refreshing rooms, new flooring and furniture was being unpacked as we departed. We did have a fridge but no microwave . But the tub was great. Perfect temp, and clean. A perfect way to unwind on a cold misty night,after driving all day.

Loved the pools here. Would stay here again just for the pools! Elk Ridge restaurant was pretty good. Staff everywhere were friendly and helpful.

WARNING. This property asserts to be family friendly. This is false advertising. Kids under 18 are allowed only in hotel rooms and do not have access to the facilities or other parts of the property. At check in they were rude and attempted to charge an additional fee of $100 on a prepaid booking. While waiting to check in we observed two different guests ask for additional towels. They were given one for their group and told that “laundry services were behind” and they could come back and “try again later” Strong recommendation to avoid this property. You will be disappointed.

The water smells a little funky, but I'm assuming that can't be helped with all the different minerals in it? All I know is I woke up early to enjoy the balcony hottub before check out, and even after 2 hrs I still didnt want to leave, lol. Wish we would have stayed here more than the one night. Also, travelling with a little one, I appreciate coming across a hotel with TVs in the room that have access to streaming services instead of just cable.
