All the hotel staff are great. The room was fine, had 2 queen beds and a kitchenette with full sized fridge and some dishes (nice touch). One of the beds had hair in it, presumably from the prior guest - it didnt appear to have been laundered but the beds were comfortable.
Bathroom was fine, had plenty of towels, soap etc. Tub was clean and shower had good water pressure and temperature (hot).
The hotel has people loitering around two of the entrances including the main entrance. No one bothered me but it's unsightly and off putting. I can see how certain people might feel uneasy or threatened by it. The hotel probably cant do anything about it.

The second evening I spent there my key was not working around about 130am I believe. So I went to the front desk and asked my company to stay in the hall at my room and wait for me. Nobody was at the front desk as I waited there for 20 minutes before then trying to call the front desk. Which a employee answered the phone and said they would be right there. However, my company witnessed said employee coming out from another room on the 3rd floor half dressed and making inappropriate sexual comments to whom ever was in the said room she came from. By the time the employee made it to the front desk and made me a new key I had been waiting there for 30min. First time I have ever experienced this kind of employee behavior in all my years traveling for work and staying in hotels. Also first time I have had to wait locked out of my fully paid for room at 130am for a half hour. And further more not even sure how to process or even address such embarrassing behavior. If nothing else I should be reimbursed for my second night stay and also be given a complimentary stay that would have more respectful and responsive employees available to better represent your establishment.
