"The pictures are misleading for this hotel. Actually, it's more like a Motel 6 than a "Resort." The rundown condition of the hotel (peeling wallpaper, exposed lightbulbs, broken furniture, stained chairs, clogged pipes, poor air-conditioning etc) leaves a lot to be desired. The walls are thin, bed frame are plywood - the list goes on and on. I will not be staying here again and wouldn't really recommend it. Our bathroom had a constant sewage smell, and it is VERY SMALL - as in you cannot even undress/dress in it with the door closed. You can barely even turn around. The towel rack was broken off, the exhaust fan was covered in lint and it has one of those super low toilets. I am not sure this place is better than a $69/night Motel 6 or some other budget motel. Really disappointed."

"There is no question that this property is amazing in many ways. The staff is always available and on point. The restaurants offer options for most palates. There are family and adult only pools. I think the best part is the attention to customer service. I do feel that the extra costs are a bit much, considering the cost of room. These include the daily valet charge and the daily Resort Experience Fee...I don't know what that covers. Just know you are staying at a premier resort and do get that experience. It's is beautiful!"
