Very nice place, centrally located
Breakfast was better than most. Rooms were in decent shape and comfortable. The only negative thing I could say is the TV reception was awful, screen pixelated and froze far too much. The location was good, centrally located.

Absolutely disgusting place. Showers didn’t work and there were hairs and crumbs left on my sinks and tops upon entry into the room. Do not stay here!

Dated in Scottsdale
Hotel rooms are very dated. No internet TV, internet didn't work well, couch is uncomfortable. Dishwasher was broken but repaired upon request etc. Overall, below the standards I have come to enjoy with the Hyatt brand was disappointed.

The lay out of the room with two full master suites and a living room, dining and kitchen was perfect for our family. It was spacious and comfortable.
