My only complaint is the front desk attendant upon arrival was a bit rude. My room wasn’t ready at 4pm and he was not accommodating at all. He informed me there would be no compensation for my inconvenience and there is no guarantee that rooms will be ready on check in. All other staff were pleasant and made us feel welcomed. The room was nice and clean and was the perfect set up for a family with teenage kids as they had a separate room across the two bedroom apartment style room.

Comfortable and Relaxing

The hotel and grounds were very clean. We stay here often when we’re in the Scottsdale area. The hotel does not have elevators. They do offer breakfast, but since Covid, it hasn’t been as good as it used to be but it’s still a good price for the money spent.

The property was well maintained and quiet. Great location. The breakfast buffet was great. Each day you had a different meat and featured item like pancakes, french toast , etc. Liked the layout of room. Great shower (no bath tub) the water flow from shower head was a good amount of water to shower with.

The property is in the middle of Scottsdale which was great for shopping and entertainment. The property does not have an elevator, but the front desk was very nice and moved us to a downstairs room. The girls at the front desk were wonderful. We were there for almost a month, so we had breakfast there always and the staff was wonderful.

We had to switch rooms TWICE - as the first one had a skylight in the bedroom that let light in late spring and there was no way to shut it. Then the next one they gave us was two flights of stairs up and with no elevator really sucked. And the last one was the first floor one. Old rooms, pool not very clean. On the plus side - decent breakfast, spacious rooms with a bedroom and easy access to dining and shopping.
