The unit is a fully updated with it's own private entrance and an attached 2 car garage. The 2br/2ba split bedroom layout offers granite c'tops, stainless steel appliances, 2 balconies, 3 flat screen TV's, pool, and 2 hot tubs. The monthly rental fee covers a $150 credit toward gas and electric - all other utilities are covered.
