The visit was average, for the most part we were there to bathe and sleep. I did notice that there was a coin laundry. We didn't use or look at it but I believe that there is an outdoor pool. The staff came across as nice. She was very busy.

Downtown Phoenix Hotel
Parking included is a real plus in the downtown area. Room is clean and fine. This particular stay it was very loud overnight, more than a usual downtown noise. Staff is great, air conditioned room, shower is good pressure and nice. Location is good and affordable for downtown.

I stayed here once a year ago and was not impressed. This time things were much better. We enjoyed our stay. Price is high....but location evidently dictates this.
