The stay here excellent. We had to change our room as the TV was out. After we left they called me and advised. Elidia gave me a called to say we left a few items. Rosa also was helpful in making sure we had everything we need! GREST JOB

This hotel is a diamond in the rough. I am really enjoying my stay in this wonderful hotel. The staff is really nice, especially Marissa. She was concerned about me getting upstairs and provided an upgrade. This was a kindly gesture that was not expected. This complimented my stay and made it even more enjoyable. The room is very pleasant.

Leslie and Dion are the best they have excellent customer service and always friendly. They answer my questions and help me when needed. The housekeepers do an excellent job on keeping the rooms nice and clean. No complaints, I will continue to come back.

What I did not like was paying for parking when it should automatically be a given ! To park on the property you’re paying to stay a room in. Doesn’t make any sense to me. I get they’re by a mall but they’re are better ways to fix this parking issue!!!
