Beautiful property on the edge of Scottsdale. Friendly staff. Rooms are good size and the bed was comfortable. However, they need a refresh and the restaurant food was mediocre. It also takes a long time to get to downtown Scottsdale if you want to eat off property at one of the better area restaurants.

This is one of the most beautiful, peaceful resorts I’ve ever stayed in. The spa is so serene. Staff are so helpful & as soon as you call one of the bellmen they are right there!! Our room was spacious & nice. My only complain was they didn’t really have any good coffee at the resort (I like my good coffee) so I had to get up every morning & go down the road to get it. Also, the 24 hour pool wasn’t lit up very well & I fell down the steps going to the hot tub early in the morning & broke my foot. Kind of ruined the rest of my hiking trip. 😕 So might want to light up the steps a little better!! Overall I loved our stay and will definitely return if in the area.

Resort was beautiful. Our casita was perfect with spectacular views of nature and the golf course. Rooms were well kept and clean. Room service was spot on and attentive to our requests. The front desk was professional and answered all questions and were prompt to assist with questions even after our check out. Some of the wait staff and bell hop staff were less than positive but overall we recommend this stay.

We arrived in the evening in the dark due to flight delays. The road and signs are so dark we had an extremely hard time finding the lodge even after returning to the main entrance to get better directions. Everything else about the facility was wonderful but would greatly benefit from some lighted signs with more direction or maybe send a bell to the entrance to guide arrivals in the dark.

The room was very clean and tidy. The hotel cleaning staff were on it. They did the best job. Not everything worked as it should in the unit and wasn’t stocked fully to be able to cook. Outside of that, great!

The room had no hot water. The staff played games with us saying the water felt fine to them. Then it turns out they were repairing the water heaters. The staff lacked basic courtesy and follow through. Many things throughout the resort were dirty and unkept.
