Had a great stay at this budget hotel. The staff were very kind and quickly helped us when we needed any amenities replaced. Convenient location within walking distance to the convention center. The room was clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. Staff were able to match online prices when I needed to extend my stay. Some reviews mention it being in a sketchy area, but I did not experience anything unpleasant while staying here. The few complaints I have are that the shower door (which made a VERY loud squeaking sound) didn't properly close all the way so water would sometimes splash out and the parking was very limited and full by 5pm if you stay here during a busy weekend. Overall I highly recommend this hotel and would stay again!

The price point is impressive. Not glamorous on the exterior, but kind check-in man and quiet, clean and free parking/wi-fi. Plenty of towels, refrigerator, microwave - much appreciated when trying to be economical and solo female.

The interior was awesome, the area wasnt too bad but the Van Buren and Crescent Ballroom nearby + the weekend of Fan Fusion had people running around all night.

So pleasantly surprised for this price and location. Clean, comfy, and kitch. Other hotels spend and charge big bucks to create the the fun retro vibe this “hole-in-the-wall” gem comes by naturally. Will definitely stay here again!

Bathroom door does not close. Much noise in the neighborhood. No screen when you open the bathroom window. Otherwise very convenient to the music venues.
