Good place

The staff were very polite, and were efficient with check in & check out. Breakfast was very good as well, the room was a tad messy though. There was stains on the carpet, the shower faucet in the bathroom constantly dripped.

Our first room was dirty, my baby and toddler were playing on the floor and I noticed stains on the floors and grabbed a towel to see if it was wet. Sure enough it was wet and the towel was filthy with whatever junk was on the floor. Showed item to receptionist and they upgraded our room. Upgraded room still had dirty floors but not wet or as bad as the previous room.

DO NOT STAY HERE

This stay was horrible, when we first arrived, the first room the ac didn’t work, the next room we unpacked and the tv didn’t work, and then the staff FALSELY ACCUSED us of smoking in the hotel room, when we didn’t. They entered our room when we left and called us. We tried to speak with the employees and they themselves confirmed, they smelled no smoke, no smoking items were found in the room, they refused to give us any money back for our stay, instead threatened us with police. A fun time!

It was a really good time and they made sure to take care of us the only thing I would say is that they try to fix the TVs in the bedrooms but other than that it was great and the breakfast in the morning was super delicious thank you guys so much for a great day!

I really enjoyed the stay. The pool and hot tub I never got to use; but everything else was wonderful. Magnificant space for hotel room. The suite I stayed in was wonderful. I really enjoyed my stay. Thank you. I really appreciate the help. The clerk that helped me check in was very realistic, helpful, and a life saver. My only regret is my stay was short lived.

I wasn’t happy that I had paid in advance when I reserved the room and when I arrived I wasn’t told that I would be given a much smaller as if I might not notice. After enter the room I was given I went back to the front and was informed that they had overbooked and no longer had a room like I had paid for.

Omg, where should I start. Upon my arrival I was welcomed like a queen. The staff were so sweet and treated me like family. They gave me the best room. Omg the room was huge, very clean and beautifully decorated. I had so much space and didn’t know what to do with it. The staff attended to my concerns immediately when I brought them up. I wanted to move here and they were showing the best towns to move into. I was treated like family. My bed was very soft and comfortable, just the way I like it, I had good breakfast everyday. I had a microwave and fridge and a working space. I also had a dining room. I told y’all the space was so big. Loved my stay at Greentree and didn’t want to leave. Thank you guy so much for making it the best hotel I have ever stayed in.
