The elevator to the left is not working, I was scary thank god I was able to get out before it closed. The room was not clean, as Sonia s I went in there was hair in the sink. The bed is extremely uncomfortable! Back pain insane right now. The noise is strong, is like pop are getting inside your room. The doors close super strong and it’s really noisy. The airport shuttle is great, people are nice and breakfast is good, but overall I will not recommend staying here. It needs major maintenance and cleaning is lacking.

We didn’t get the reservation we booked. We have booked a double beds suite however we’re given just double bed small room. Appears hotel rooms were over booked that led to cancellations or down grading of guest rooms .

There were bedbugs and we had to ask to be changed to another room. Went to the next room and there were roaches in there. This place was dirty and the surrounding area felt unsafe. Would never stay here again. The worst experience ever.

Definitely not what we were expecting. Staff was good, but the hotel was very dirty. It really needs some work. The bed was comfortable, but carpets in dire need of a good shampoo or replacement. Lots of damage on the walls… sort of covered with paint. If our arrival wasn’t so late, I would not have stayed
