We checked in and shortly after checked out of this hotel. The sheets and comforter were not clean and we had to kill a bug crawling on the bed. The staff was not accommodating and we tried to be very discreet about the issues. They refused to refund us and after requesting a refund through Travelocity, the manager still denied it. Please beware because the reviews are very deceiving.

Great customer service. It was my son’s 9th birthday! When the tenant heard she ordered him balloons so that when we came back from our day of adventures, there were balloons for him! The ladies were great we would totally stay there again! My boys all told me they wanted to live there. Lol

During my recent stay at the Red Roof Inn Plus+, we encountered multiple issues. Our key card failed repeatedly, we had to replace it around 15 times. Additionally, the bathtub drain was so slow that the water pooled around our ankles during showers. I wanted to bring this to your attention, as it significantly impacted our stay.

We've stayed here before about a year ago & had no issues but this time there were roaches in the bathroom & the building is in need of upgrades and repair. There was rust on doorframes and the sheetrock was cracked and falling apart around doorframes. It's just grungy now. When I told the front desk about the roaches and how I left their corpses for proof, she laughed and said, "ok, I'll pass it along."

staff was very courteous and friendly with a smile on her face. There was an issue with the plumbing in our room when we got to our room but their maintenance man was to our room within 5 minutes and got it fixed. He was very nice. Gave it a 4 jusr because there is no kleenex, refrigerator or microwave in the rooms.
