The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The area was also nice and I feel safe there. I wish they had more options for fruits instead of just the green apples. Perhaps red apples, oranges, and bananas.

All staff were friendly and helpful. Bathroom sink in room smelled bad and would back up with nasty water. Bathtub also filled with water when taking a shower.

Room was clean and bed comfortable. Appreciated a hot breakfast with enough space to accommodate a large crowd. It was frustrating to need our room key to reset several times. The safety rail in the elevator was not secured and ready to fall off. Still, the staff was nice and our stay was pleasant enough.

There were hairs in the sink and tub. The soap holder in the tub was only attached by the top line of caulking. The grab bars in the elevator were broken. The night staff did nothing to stop the people on the same floor as me from yelling in the hall and slamming doors till 1:30 in the morning. Over all a bad experience i would never recommend nor return.
