Additionally, it has an interior bathroom with a shower tray and another full exterior bathroom with a shower tray, facilitating comfort for large groups.The access path to the house is mountainous and concreted, with some sections of steep slope if accessed from Cártama.This 75 m² property is surrounded by nature and is located just 2 km from the centre of Cártama, with proximity to local restaurants and supermarkets (Aldi and Mercadona).
