Great hotel - stylish, calm, with very friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was outstanding! Parking was very easy, right in front of the hotel. My room was furnished with great style. The bathroom was a bit outdated, but everything was spotless and worked perfectly.

Nice hotel in great area - boardwalk and costal walk within a short distance, same with downtown core, lots of dining options. Staff were friendly and helpful. Pool area was beautiful. Rooms were very clean and well looked after.

The most amazing breakfast of anywhere I have ever stayed, and I travel a lot. Spacious room with large outside balcony. Beautiful pool with outside bar. Private parking on property. Highly recommended!

After our five day stay, I am happy to share my experience because I see lots of value at this property. PRAISE ! Large rooms, roomy balconies ! Huge pool with tall palms ! Great location : beach and city center are 10 minutes walk away ! Best breakfast of the four hotels we stayed at while in Portugal ! Claudio gave us a tour upon our arrival; we felt very welcome. ! Romulus our breakfast waiter greeted us with a hearty "good morning!" every day. ! Also awesome were: The breakfast service manager and the chef whose sunny side up eggs were beautiful to see before they were found to be hot and delicious! Sounds like a great place right? Please read on... DISBELIEF ? Why wasn't there a real hairdryer in my bathroom? ? You want me to pay extra to use the safe in my room?! ? This one upset me because I didn't feel trusted: I had to walk to the front desk and leave a €20 deposit in order to have two towels to use at the pool! POTENTIAL This place has great potential but it feels like it's run by an accountant. Hang the accountant! Instead, hang a tapestry or two. Focus on finding the flourishes that surprise and endear patrons to your brand. All the best!

Lobby modern and clean. Giselle???the guest service staff very friendly and helpful. Pool area was wonderful but should be heated. Breakfast had a large selection of hot and cold food. Fresh fruit too!! Rooms need refurbishing but linen and toiletries were above average. Could use bottled water, coffee and tea in room or in lobby as breakfast isn't until 8a.m. We were required to pay the local tax when we checked in but when we checked out we were told it wasn't paid. The issue was eventually resolved so we didn’t have to pay it twice. Bad experience after we had enjoyed our stay up until then.

The hotel listing said a number of things that it did not have. Laundry facilities, we are on a month trip and planned ahead. Spoke to the manager & he just said, no Expedia just write anything, then started walking around the lobby shouting. There is also no “free daily managers reception” just as well given his behaviour !

Walls are VERY thin! An afternoon nap / sleeping in was impossible because all will hear is chairs being dragged. Apparently this has to happen while housekeeping is cleaning rooms. I have never experienced this at any other hotel and was for the biggest downfall that I couldn’t get some extra rest in on my vacation. For those planning to be out of the room for most of the day this doesn’t present a problem. Breakfast option was honestly fantastic. Bathrooms were a bit outdated but aside from that Everything was clean. Food at pool is mediocre.

LO BUENO: la habitación era amplia, linda y con un balcón muy bueno. La cama súper cómoda. El desayuno es buenísimo. Hay huevos, palta, variedad de quesos, frutas, panes, cereales y semillas. Todo de buena calidad y rico. El staff del desayuno es súper amable y atento. Si falta algo, te lo traen, están todo el tiempo viendo que hayan mesas disponibles y te ayudan a ubicarte, ya que por momentos hay muchísima gente en el restaurante. LO MALO: al ser un hotel que se jacta de ser 4 estrellas, esperaba que te den un agua de cortesía en la habitación. Los cestos de la habitación son de plástico, medio raro para un hotel 4 estrellas. El staff de recepción que está durante el día, a excepción de Gisela, es bastante antipática, atienden con muy pocas ganas, no te saludan ni cuando entras ni cuando salís. Los de la noche son mucho más cordiales. No hay sombrillas en la piscina. El baño necesita una actualización. Tenes que pagar 20 euros de garantía por cada toalla de piscina. Medio ridículo.
