I’ve stayed at this hotel over 30 times in the last few years and it’s truly the absolute best service I’ve ever received at a hotel worldwide. During my last stay, I fell sick and was stuck at the hotel for 4 days and everyone was so kind checking in on me, asking if I need medication, randomly bringing me hot tea or lemon and ginger juices to feel better.
