Splendid independent house of about 80sqm. Inside the Casale degli Zizzoli. Accommodates 6 people comfortably. Perfect for those who travel by car / motorbike and arrive from Pisa airport, just 15 km away. Close to the most famous Tuscan cities of art such as Lucca, Florence, Volterra, S. Gemignano, Siena and the sea . The house is served by public transport at 2.5 km we find the station and the bus stop. There is a beautiful swimming pool to spend days in complete relaxation with Jacuzzi.
What makes our home unparalleled is the tranquility and silence combined with the ability to quickly reach places of art, culture, sports, the sea and the liveliest social and nightlife. Beautiful trails in the surrounding area for walking or cycling.The house is surprising in spring with the explosion of the colors of the countryside, relaxing and cool in summer thanks to the breeze coming from the sea, fantastic in autumn when the weather is still mild, fascinating in winter, immersed in the lights and Christmas decorations .

Toskana-Urlaub mit diversen AusflĂŒgen

Unterkunft war wie in den Bildern gezeigt. Sehr schöner Pool. Als Startpunkt fĂŒr div. AusflĂŒge hervorragend geeignet. Wir waren zu viert. Im Haus können auch 6 Personen wohnen, was ich allerdings fĂŒr etwas beengt halte. Die StechmĂŒcken waren sehr störend, wofĂŒr der Vermieter allerdings nichts kann. Wir sind alle vier ziemlich verstochen worden. Leider. Dies hat die Freude ein wenig getrĂŒbt, da wir uns abends nicht raus setzen konnten. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit.

Ferienanlage absolut empfehlenswert

Wir können alle vorausgegangenen Bewertungen absolut bestĂ€tigen. Gastgeber toll, Haus toll, Lage toll. Der Pool ist wirklich schön und sauber. Wir hatten den Pool oft fĂŒr uns allein. ( es gibt 3 Ferienwohnungen auf dem GelĂ€nde). Das Haus ist geschmackvoll im toskanischen Landstil eingerichtet. Es fehlte an nichts.Besonders hervorzuheben ist die sehr leise Klimaanlage in allen Zimmern. Schattiger Parkplatz unter OlivenbĂ€umen vorhanden.Zudem konnten wir keine EinschrĂ€nkung bei der Benutzung des WLAN feststellen.Die Anlage ist ruhig und abgeschieden gelegen-mehr ToskanaGefĂŒhl geht kaum. Alle klassischen TouristenZiele sind von dort aus mit dem Auto sehr gut zu erreichen-Pisa in 15 min, Florenz ca 1,5 std (oft Stau auf Autobahn), Lucca 1h 15min. Wir haben zusĂ€tzliche Events vor Ort gebucht z.b. Jazz Konzert Abend in Pisa im Giardino Scotto ( Freilicht Theater 
 alte Festung). Zu empfehlen ist auch das Canyoning in den Bergen von Lucca. Rad- und Wandertouren gibt es fĂŒr jeden Geschmack zu buchen. Eintrittskarten fĂŒr Kathedrale muss man nicht zwingend reservieren (so wie es in den Ratgebern im Internet beschrieben wird) Diese kann man Vorort noch kaufen. Wer allerdings kostenlosen Eintritt möchte, sollte sich auf eine lange WarteSchlange ( ca. 2 std. ) einrichten. Das daneben gelegene Da Vinghi Museum hat den Besuch noch komplett gemach—insbesondere fĂŒr Kinder gab es viele interaktive Stationen. Alles in allem können wir auf einen sehr schönen Toskana Urlaub zurĂŒck blicken.

Cleane and cosy house, combination of modern and traditional. The children loved playing in the garden (safe and large). Quiet place with facilities nearby and kind host with good service if we had a request. It was nice to be close at the airport without any noise of airplanes

Schöner erholsamer Urlaub!

Das Appartement war sehr sauber. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Wir haben immer sehr gute Tips bekommen! Die Pool Anlage ist sehr schön und gepflegt! Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub, bei dem es an nichts gefehlt hat! Ich kann dieses Appartement nur weiter empfehlen!

Zentral gelegenes Ferienhaus ohne Touri-Trubel. So wie wir es fĂŒr unsere Familie wollten. Die Hotspots waren sehr gut und zĂŒgig mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Der Pool...einfach genial wenn man nicht unbedingt den Stand braucht. FĂŒr Familien sehr geeignet . Wir kommen wieder!!! Vielen Dank fĂŒr diesen unvergesslichen Urlaub.

Ruhige Lage mit viel Platz

Das Haus ist ruhig abseits des Hauses gelegen. Es war alles sauber und wie auf den Bildern beschrieben. Die Besitzer wohnen mit auf dem GelĂ€nde, aber waren nicht zu merken. Wir hatte den Pool mit den Kindern fast fĂŒr uns allein. Und zur Freude der Kids dĂŒrfen die FrĂŒchte der BĂ€ume genascht werden. BegrĂŒĂŸt wurden wir sehr freundlich und sogar mit Spaghetti und Soße fĂŒr dir erste Mahlzeit. Zudem durfte der Liegeplatz der Familie am Strand genutzt werden, sofern gewĂŒnscht. Pisa ist in 15 Minuten erreichbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Penny und Restaurants sind in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.

Gelungener Familienurlaub

Wir waren im Juni 2022 mit unserer 18 Monate alten Tochter 10 Tage in diesem Ferienhaus. Alles in allem ist das Haus gut ausgestattet. Hier und da könnte es etwas sauberer sein. Zum Beispiel die Dusche im Erdgeschoss ist schon ziemlich verschimmelt, wohingegen die Dusche im Obergeschoss sehr gepflegt und neu war. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend und helfen bei Problemen sofort weiter. Man hat im kleinen Garten genĂŒgend PrivatsphĂ€re und auch der tolle Pool lĂ€dt zum Entspannen ein. Hier und da ist die Anlage (z.B. Spielplatz) schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber noch in Ordnung. Die Lage ist ideal fĂŒr AusflĂŒge in verschiedene StĂ€dte und StrĂ€nde, wobei die Zeitangaben in der Beschreibung nicht korrekt sind. Man muss etwas mehr Zeit einplanen. Das hat uns aber nicht weiter gestört. Cascina ist eine nette kleine Stadt in der man auch ganz gemĂŒtlich ohne viel Trubel Essen gehen kann. Insgesamt stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-VerhĂ€ltnis.

Perfekte Lage fĂŒr Besichtigungen und Strand!

Die Lage des Hauses ist wirklich ideal, um die „Standard“ Toskana Tour zu starten: Florenz, Siena, San Gimignano, Volterra, Lucca und Pisa sind sehr gut zu erreichen. Aber auch auch der Strand in Viareggio ist mit einer halbstĂŒndigen Autofahrt nicht weit. Ein idealer Mix von Kultur und Badeurlaub- gerade wenn Teenager mit dabei sind. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen, sehr sauber und wirklich nett eingerichtet. Der große Pool wurde nach unseren Stadttouren ausgiebig genutzt. Es ist wirklich weiterzuempfehlen! Das einzig kleine Manko ist das W-LAN: Es hakt ab und an mal. Der Vermieter ist super nett und total unkompliziert! Wir stellten am 2.Tag fest, dass der KĂŒhlschrank nicht richtig funktionierte und wir hatten am nĂ€chsten Tag direkt einen neuen in der KĂŒche stehen! Tolle Tipps der Vermieter fĂŒr Restaurants: das „bocca di bacco“ ist wirklich fabelhaft. DarĂŒber hinaus hat der EigentĂŒmer einen Platz am Strand, den wir nutzen durften. Wir können die Unterkunft als Familie mit Teenagern nur weiterempfehlen! Wir wĂŒrden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Great place with friendly hosts

We had a wonderful stay here. We stayed for a week with our 2 year old and it was perfect for us. It's ideally located to get to from Pisa airport and within reach of so many great places. Matteo and his family greeted us so warmly and were very sweet to our toddler, they had provided everything we needed for her. They also let us use their beach loungers on the coast for an afternoon. The pool is great and the apartment has everything you need, including everything you need for cooking. Definitely take mosquito spray though as we were eaten alive! Would stay again for sure, we loved it.

Schöne Wohnung, Super Pool & sehr nette Gastgeber

Wir waren im Aug.18 fĂŒr 10 Tage in der Wohnung mit 2 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern ( 3/8). Als wir angekommen sind gab es eine Flasche Olivenöl und Wein zur BegrĂŒĂŸung. Wohnung war sauber, es gab HandtĂŒcher und PooltĂŒcher. Bei den Doppelbetten hat man Gemeinsame BettwĂ€sche. NĂ€chster Supermarkt etwa 5 min mit dem Auto. Wenn man sich abends raus setzen möchte, sollte man MĂŒckenspray dabei haben, die MĂŒcken waren etwas nervig. Der Pool super, unsere Kinder haben wir fast nicht raus bekommen. Die StĂ€dte Pisa, Florenz, Lucca, Volterra und San Gimignano in etwa unter 1 Std. erreichbar. Vielen Dank unserer Netten Gastgeber es war sehr schön kommen gerne wieder.

Schöne Unterkunft und nette Vermieter

Schöne, gut ausgestattete Unterkunft. Das Highlight ist der tolle Pool. Sehr sauber, gute WasserqualitĂ€t und die GrĂ¶ĂŸe von 12x5m ist richtig gut. Gute Parkmöglichkeiten am Haus. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und kĂŒmmert sich. Das einzige was uns gestört hat waren die vielen Moskitos, aber hierfĂŒr kann der Vermieter ja nichts. Wir waren mit vier Personen hier 2 Kinder und 2 Erwachsene Liebe GrĂŒĂŸe an Maurizio und Familie wir kommen gerne wieder.

We are a family of 5 (with 2 teenagers and an 8 year old). We loved our stay at "The Barn" and would definitely recommend it for other families. The villa was perfect for us. Located in the countryside outside the busy towns and cities but still close to the shops and ideally located to explore places like Pisa, Florence and Cinque Terre. The owners were so welcoming and were so kind to give us access to their beach club in Northern Tuscany! They also gave us great tips on places to visit. The property has the most wonderful pool as well, especially nice after a long, hot day of exploring the Italian countryside and historic cities! Grazie mille!

mooie complete woning

mooie complete woning van alle gemakken voorzien. ruim opgezet met mooie veranda waar je heerlijk kunt zitten en eten. zwembad mooi gelegen en netjes bijgehouden. aardige behulpzame eigenaar/eigenares. jammer dat ze alleen Italiaans spreken.

Nette, zuvorkommende Gastgeber. Schönes Haus mit guter Ausstattung. Die vorhandene Klimaanlage ist angenehm. Schöner Garten. Wir konnten aus dem nahe gelegenen GemĂŒsegarten frische Tomaten, KrĂ€uter usw. nutzen. Schöner, sauberer Pool. Die nĂ€here Umgebung war touristenfrei, touristische Ziele wie Pisa, Lucca, Livorno waren jedoch sehr schnell erreichbar. Strandzugang mit gemietetem Sonnenschirm und -liege super. Einzige Abstriche: zeitweises HundegebĂ€ll und schlechtes Wlan. Gerne immer wieder. (Familie mit 2x 14jĂ€hrigen MĂ€dchen)

Beautiful Italian countryside

If you're after a slice of Italian country life then this is it. Location is perfect for visiting places such as Lucca, Pisa & Volterra among others. The house is well equipped and comfortable. Highly recommended.

This vacation House is Perfect . We have everything what we Need . There is a big and Secure Place for children . The host Family Is also very nice and Friendly. I like the way of recieving the geust with some Gift from thier own Garden . There are also so many Point of interest . It was Great holidays . Remarkable. ofcoarse recommend Next .
