The Empty Nest-Cassopolis 3-bedroom home by Diamond Lake & 30min from Notre Dame

The Empty Nest is awaiting guests who need some R&R, are in town for an event, or just need a change of scenery. We are 35 minutes from Notre Dame, 45 minutes to Warren Dunes, 15 minutes from IN State Line, and 20 minutes from Swiss Valley Ski Resort.

The house is in close proximity to many all sport lakes, fishing lakes, snowmobile trails, public beach, and small town shops & restaurants. There are a few county parks near and a Casino within 15 minutes driving distance for extra entertainment!

All 3 bedrooms are upstairs. The master has a king bed and an ensuite. Always nice to have a connected bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a Queen bed, and bedroom 3 has a full bed. There is a second full bathroom for bedroom 2 and 3 to share.

The main level offers a half bath, open concept living room, dining area, and fully stocked kitchen. There is a washer and dryer, so bring your laundry items if you are going to be there for an extended stay. From the dining room you can step out onto the outside deck where you will find a peaceful back yard, outdoor seating area, and grill to use during your stay. If you look beyond the fence you will see the fire pit and chairs to enjoy. (Wood is not provided).

**the basement and garage is used for owners personal items, so it is not available for guest's use.
