150 meters from the beach of Cala Mazzo di Sciacca, 1 kilometer away from the ancient little village of Scopello and 1 kilometer away from the entrance of the Zingaro natural reserve, with its beautiful trails and small beaches with cristal clear sea water.
The villa consists of two floors: at the ground one there is a large living room with dining room and full-equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a double bedroom with a single bed; at the first floor there's a small living room in a beautiful veranda with large glass windows and a kitchenette, another double bedroom and bathroom. Outside there is a laundry room with a washing machine and clothes rack.
The garden, which surrounds the house, is equipped with private parking, patio, solarium.
The Villa and the outdoor spaces (garden, patio, solarium and car park) are for the exclusive use of guests.
