Relaxing by the pool with a view of the sea is the essence of a vacation in Sicily.<br>The space<br>In keeping with the highest level of comfort it offers, the villa features spacious areas that ensure even the largest groups can enjoy a stress-free vacation. On the first floor, you’ll find a large living room with long dining tables, a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need—including a dishwasher—and a relaxation area with a sofa and TV.<br>Guest access<br>Guests have exclusive use of the private pool with a sea view. A barbecue area and two verandas on either side of the house are available. Guests also have access to a soccer field reserved exclusively for a very small number of villas. A tennis/volleyball net is available for guests. Private parking for up to 5 cars is available in the villa’s courtyard/parking area.

The stay was just OK. We have rented a number of properties in the past but this one came as a slight disappointment. Air conditioning not working for 24hrs in 2 rooms, no wifi for 24 hrs, broken lawn chairs, bare minimum quality and number of towels and linens. The host was responsive however a little more could be offered in order to make the guests feel taken care of. ie some sort of toiletries , more than 1 towel per guest, enough garbage bags to appropriately dispose of items, beach towels, enough linens etc. Location is good as a home base to visit the North West part of Sicily.
