Very well equipped house on two floors
Our house has a private terrace and garden with plenty of garden furniture, some sun beds. Two community parking lots on site.
Independent entrance by the garden. at ground floor, there is a large living room with a kitchen and little utility room close. By original old stone steps, we have access to the first floor where there are two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower.

Idylle mit Aussicht

Das Anwesen liegt abseits auf einer Anhöhe mit herrlicher Aussicht in die Landschaft des Chianti Gebiets. Man fährt auf einer kalksteinweißen, geschotterten, staubreichen sogenannten "weißen Straße" über 1 km durch den Wald bis man auf dem Hügel ankommt, wo sich eine Anzahl von alten Häusern inkl. einer Kapelle befindet. Alles ist hübsch hergerichtet, viele Blumen, noch mehr Schmetterlinge, Idylle pur. Laura, die Mutter unserer Gastgeberin Giulia empfing uns herzlich und war jederzeit für uns da, es mangelte an nichts, sogar gegen die Mücken standen Duftkerzen und andere Mittel für uns bereit. Das Haus ist gut eingerichtet, die Terrasse mit Liegen. Wichtig zu wissen falls Sie noch mehr Ruhe suchen: Das Haus steht nicht allein, d.h. man hört die direkten Nachbarn links neben der Terrasse und auch jene links neben dem Hauseingang. Der Pool ist prima, gerade in der Sommerhitze. Einkaufen am besten in Poggibonsi, ca. 7 km entfernt, dort ist ein sehr gut sortierter großer COOP Supermarkt. Man kann direkt vom Areal aus wandern gehen. Fahrten nach Castellina, Panzano oder Greve sind durch die kurvigen Straßen zeitaufwendiger. Wir haben sehr wohl gefühlt und bedanken uns sehr herzlich bei Laura für alles.

Wunderschöne Unterkunft und tolle Gastgeber

Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und hatten eine super Zeit. Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und sauber. Es ist genauso wie man sich einen Urlaub in der Toskana vorstellt. Wir werden in jedem Fall wiederkommen und können es wirklich nur empfehlen.

Absolut empfehlenswert - Zentral, Tennis, Pool traumhafte Unterkunft

Wer eine ruhige Unterkunft in einer traumhaften Umgebung mitten in der Toskana sucht, ist hier Bestens aufgehoben. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll ausgestattet, alles was man braucht ist vorhanden und man fühlt sich in dem alten Rustico rundum wohl. Die Betreuung vor Ort ist bestens. Wer zudem Spaß an Tennis hat ( es steht ein 1a Kunstrasenplatz zur Verfügung ), einen Pool zum Entspannen genießen kann und jeweils ins rund 30 - 45 Minuten in Siena, San Gimignano oder Florenz sein will, ist hier genau richtig.

Toller Aufenthalt in herrlicher Landschaft

Es handelt sich um eine wunderschöne und voll ausgestattete Wohnung mit schöner Terrasse, mit Geschirrspüler, WLAN, Gemeinschaftspool, Tennisplatz und vielem mehr. Die Vermieterin ist super freundlich und war jederzeit erreichbar, gab praktische Tipps etc. Sehr zu empfehlen!!!

Stupenda casa vacanze! / Fantastic holiday home!

The photos don’t do this property justice, surrounded by trees on a hilltop with great views, the house is part of a little hamlet with buildings dating back to the Romans. The location made it super easy to visit Siena, San Gimignano, Volterra etc. The house was amazingly well equipped and very comfortable (there was even a bottle of wine in the fridge waiting for us). You couldn’t ask for a better host, easy check-in, lots of info and always available. We had a wonderful stay. Le foto non rendono giustizia! Circondata da alberi sulla cima di una collina con vista fantastica, questa casa fa parte di un piccolo borgo con parti risalenti all’epoca romana. La location è ottimale per visitare Volterra, San Gimignano, Siena etc. La casa era molto bene equipaggiata e confortevole (c’era addirittura una bottiglia di vino nel frigorifero per noi). La proprietaria è stata gentilissima, ci ha dato molte informazioni ed era sempre disponibile, il check-in è stato semplice. Il nostro soggiorno è stato bellissimo!
