There are four pools in the complex NOT INCLUDED IN THE RESERVATION PRICE. ALL REQUIRE EXTRA PAYMENT. Prices available at the building’s concierge. Communal pool (opening date 15/6, closing date 15/9).



It is located 50 m from the sandy beach of Empuriabrava, 400 m from the supermarket, 16 km from Peralada Golf Course, 20 km from the AVE/TGV high-speed train station in Figueres and 65 km from Girona Airport. Set in an area ideal for families and next to the sea.



The accommodation includes a lift, garden furniture, terrace, iron, internet access (wifi), heat pump heating, air conditioning in the living room and in some bedrooms, communal pool, satellite TV (languages: Spanish, German and French) and the possibility of covered parking in a nearby building.



The open-plan kitchen with ceramic hob is equipped with a fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes, cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle.
