This south-facing villa of 180 m2 offers a well-appointed and spacious vacation rental experience, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests across 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The property is furnished with comfortable wooden furniture throughout, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.

The dining room features a dining table and a flat-screen satellite TV, as well as a paraffin heater. The living room is equipped with an open-hearth fireplace, which is present for decorative purposes only, along with a TV, a satellite TV connection, a hi-fi system, air conditioning, and forced-air heating. From the living area, direct access leads to the terrace and the swimming pool.

The first bedroom is fitted with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and benefits from its own bath with WC, as well as air conditioning and forced-air heating. The second bedroom contains 1 French bed measuring 150 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The third bedroom also features 1 French bed measuring 150 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and is equipped with air conditioning and forced-air heating. The fourth bedroom offers 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, with a private shower and WC, as well as air conditioning and forced-air heating. A third shower with WC is available as a shared bathroom facility for guests.

The large kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, a dishwasher, 3 gas rings, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, an electric coffee machine, a juicer, a blender, and an ice machine.

Amenities Included

The villa is fully equipped to ensure a comfortable and convenient stay. Climate control is provided throughout the property by means of air conditioning units and a forced-air heating system, ensuring a pleasant environment in all seasons.
